Return and Refund Policy

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• For blended or hybrid courses, all required online coursework must be completed before the scheduled in-person skills session. Participants who have not completed required prerequisites will not be permitted to participate. At the instructor's discretion, one rescheduling opportunity and up to one (1) week to complete outstanding requirements may be granted. Failure to complete all requirements within that timeframe will result in forfeiture of course fees and no certification being issued.

Corporate and Private Group Training

Corporate and private group classes are billed based on the confirmed or guaranteed participant count, or the applicable class minimum, as agreed at the time of booking. Reserved participant spaces remain billable regardless of attendance, and no-shows, late cancellations, and unused participant spaces are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Certification and Course Duration

Certification is issued only to participants who successfully complete all applicable coursework, attendance requirements, and skills assessments.

Published course durations are approximate. Arrive Alive Training LLC makes every reasonable effort to adhere to scheduled course times; however, training is conducted to the applicable performance standard rather than to a fixed completion time.

Product Order Policy

Many products offered by Arrive Alive Training LLC are made to order. Payment in full may be required before production begins.

Because certain products are handmade or individually produced, minor cosmetic variations or imperfections may occur. These variations are not generally considered grounds for a refund. Production timelines may also be affected if an item must be remade to meet acceptable quality standards.

Custom Products and Intellectual Property

All custom products created or sold by Arrive Alive Training LLC, including but not limited to custom reference cards, remain subject to Arrive Alive Training LLC's applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchase does not transfer ownership of Arrive Alive Training LLC's underlying design, layout, artwork, educational content, or other proprietary materials, nor does it grant permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, manufacture, or create derivative works unless specifically authorized in writing.

Customer-provided logos, trademarks, artwork, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners. The customer represents that they have permission to provide such materials for use in the requested custom product.
